Human resources development

FUNSALUD’s support for the development of high-level human resources is currently based on the program Incubation of Talents, in collaboration with the Coordination of the National Health Institutes, pertaining to the Health Ministry, and the Mexican Foundation for Education, Technology and Science.

Its purpose is to select postgraduate students, residents, doctors or researchers who could successfully partake in specialized courses or spend a short time studying abroad, so that they can return to their country to create new areas or contribute towards technological innovations within the health field. To date, seven researchers have benefited from this program and have been reincorporated into their institutions to strengthen healthcare services.
